Observation

During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris interviewed staff member A.B and classroom teachers during the site inspection, it was determined that water beads/Orbeez were used for an age group that it was not attended for on a prior date. During the site inspection, Licensor Harris spoke with staff and observed the room. It was confirmed that items have been removed from the classroom.
